I’ve used this service for years but have to say I met the new owners today. Susan is so lovely …the customer service is amazing. The new machines are fantastic. I love going to do big bulky items I can’t do at home and sit there and catch up on watching my shows and just relaxing or having a chat. Please support this lovely new local business.

Our washing machine stopped working so we started coming to HQ while it’s being fixed. Very impressed with the Laundrette – very clean, new and modern washing machines and dryers. They have a washer and dryer that is able to wash and dry doonas and curtains if you are freshening up your winter linen. Also have a leave and wash service if you don’t have the time to wait. Would highly recommend!

The owners Val and Sue run a superb laundry service. One of the best in Sydney. Highly recommended.

The lady here was so friendly and helped me to figure out the machine and how much soap to use and everything. All the machines look new and the whole place was clean and tidy. There is someone there the whole time, so it’s safe to leave your laundry in the machine and go do other errands while it’s running. You can also pay with a card which is very handy.

Wow…what a Gem!! Thanks for the fantastic service and value for money. Saved us from a very damp load of clothes today especially with all the rain atm. Thank you!!

Val, Sue and their team at HQ Laundry are amazing. Always greeted with a smile, nothing is too much trouble for them. They are so lovely!! Had to wash and dry a quilt, the dry cycle would have finished 15minutes after closing time but she left the shop open for me – was very affordable too. Would definitely recommend 100/10, far out they’re top 10 nicest people I’ve met.

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful service Susan and Val provide. Our company uses a lot of towels on pregnant tummies so we value the softness and cleanliness of each towel. I never have to wonder if they will collect on time; they always do ~ and always with a smile. Excellent service delivered by truly lovely people.
